2. Data, purposes and legal bases

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, company, email and message. This information is used to respond to your request, manage our exchanges and, where appropriate, prepare a business relationship.

Pre-contractual measures or contract performance: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries: GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Consent where required: GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

3. Recipients, transfers and retention

Data is received only by authorised EIGHTY MOBILITY personnel through its Microsoft 365 mailbox. Microsoft acts as a processor for this service. Contact requests are retained for the duration of their handling and, at most, for three years after the last active contact, unless a legal obligation or the defence of our rights requires otherwise.

4. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

5. Cookies and security

The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect the form against fraudulent requests. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Consent-based trackers are set only after your choice.
